I am joining my wife in posting to this blog about things we like to eat. Most of my posts will be about things other than sweets, since that is my better half's passion. I am trying to eat healthier than I have over the past few years, so I will be trying to modify some of my old recipies to make them more health conscious while still retaining the flavor.
